Science doesn’t lie but it can be manipulated. That is what I have realized over the past 25 years I have been in the Wellness Industry. But Biology is a different thing. All of us have certain biological processes that require nutrients to function and a good dose of these nutrients to function well. This is simply a given.

Cod Liver oil being the #1 source of Vitamin A and gives us some of our Vitamin D he recommends. Of course, I love my NingXia Red but look on here where else you can get Vitamin C.
