Confession#1:
I was a Convention skeptic.
Even as a Young Living business builder who was finally learning to grow a helpful side hustle, I didn’t think I “needed” Convention. I’d already seen 400% growth in my Young Living business in less than a year—thanks to a life-changing training.
What did I think? I thought Convention would be more hype than help. I thought it would be “fluff,” leaving me at the end of the weekend with nothing more than warm-fuzzies that wouldn’t convert into real personal change or business growth.
Confession #2:
I was wrong about Convention.
Despite my 400% growth, something was missing. I would spend time around teammates and hear their conviction. I’d feel their passion. I’d envy their belief. Visiting the Idaho farm helped (thank you, Kayla!) but I needed more.
At Convention, I found my “more.”
Question: Have you…?
Have you heard “no” so many times that you start to doubt that anyone will say “yes” to Young Living? (I have.) When I realized I was surrounded by thousands who say “yes” to Young Living, it was encouraging proof that the “yes” is out there!
Have you wondered if it’s really that great of a company to be a part of? Everyday, you’re surrounded by social posts or skeptical people who might scoff at your dream and use words like “pyramid scheme.”
Have you struggled to believe that you’re actually making a difference, with each need you meet (through each Young Living product you sell)? If your answer is “Yes!” to any or all of those questions: Get to Convention 2019.
